  2. - 2 cepe mari
  3. - 150 g smanatana
  4. - o lingura faina
  5. - o lingurita boia de ardei
  6. - foi dafin
  7. - sare,piper
Instructions
  1. Carnea se spala ,se taie bucati si se pune la prajit in putin ulei,pe fiecare parte pana isi schimba culoarea.Se scoate carnea si se tine la cald.
  2. In uleiul ramas calim ceapa tocata,pana devine sticloasa,adaugam boiaua,carnea,foaia de dafin si apa calda cat s-o cuprinda.
  3. Lasam sa fiarba bine carnea,apoi turnam smantana amestecata cu faina si o lingura de apa.Se poriveste de sare si piper.
  4. Mai lasam putin pana se ingroasa sosul.
  5. Se poate servi alaturi de piure de cartofi,orez sau mamaliga.
