- un piept de pui(folositi ce va place)
- - 2 cepe mari
- - 150 g smanatana
- - o lingura faina
- - o lingurita boia de ardei
- - foi dafin
- - sare,piper
Instructions
- Carnea se spala ,se taie bucati si se pune la prajit in putin ulei,pe fiecare parte pana isi schimba culoarea.Se scoate carnea si se tine la cald.
- In uleiul ramas calim ceapa tocata,pana devine sticloasa,adaugam boiaua,carnea,foaia de dafin si apa calda cat s-o cuprinda.
- Lasam sa fiarba bine carnea,apoi turnam smantana amestecata cu faina si o lingura de apa.Se poriveste de sare si piper.
- Mai lasam putin pana se ingroasa sosul.
- Se poate servi alaturi de piure de cartofi,orez sau mamaliga.
